I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery 10 years ago and have been living satisfied with it, but I want revision surgery with posterior lower canthoplasty and a higher double-eyelid line. If the first surgery was done with the buried-suture method, does the next surgery absolutely have to be incisional? I want to tie it again with natural adhesion or the buried-suture method, so please let me know about that too.

Especially because my eyes are asymmetrical too, Ollo and IQ said it has to be done by incision for the line to be fixed well and for the asymmetry to be corrected. 늉징승 You can do it with the buried-suture method, but that differs for each eye, so go get checked. If your eyes are prone to coming loose, incision is better. For the eye revision + posterior lower canthoplasty combination, look at Baba and Kim Sang-il. I strongly recommend them. I really don’t regret it.
