Revision surgery for sunken eyes

This will be my second revision surgery, and I like the double eyelid itself right now, but it feels too buried, so I want to raise the line and make it a semi-out line. But usually they don’t recommend raising it a lot. One place said they would do it according to the reference photo I want, but they said I have severe epicanthal folds, so medial epicanthoplasty may be a little difficult, though they said they can do it. And this place kind of feels like they’ll just make my eyes exactly the way I want. I don’t know whether it will suit me well. I also feel like it might become too strong and overly dramatic. But I’m also thinking about a forehead lift later, so since I’m doing it anyway, part of me wants to raise it a lot and set it as an outline. This place recommended raising it about 2 mm, making it semi-out, and doing incisional medial and upper epicanthoplasty. And the second place I liked set the line within a range that suits me, but they said they would raise it only 1 mm and only do upper epicanthoplasty, and they won’t do semi-out because they think it would leave a lot of scarring. When I asked if 2 mm or 1.5 mm wouldn’t work, they said people around me would probably say my double eyelids look overdone and I’d eventually come back to have them released, so they just recommend 1 mm… This place would only do non-incisional upper epicanthoplasty, so it was much cheaper. Would a 1 mm difference be big?? I want the line to be clearly visible when I open my eyes, but I don’t think it would be to that extent. Honestly, I do think it’s right to go with the second place and keep it within a range that isn’t excessive, but if I do it there, I feel like I might not be able to let go of my lingering desire later and end up getting another revision for a semi-out 2 mm line… Double eyelids are going to sag again anyway… What do you think??
