Worried and need advice in year 3 of contracted nose

Primary surgery, Nov 2022 - custom silicone 5.8 mm + donated costal cartilage -> Even after 3 weeks, the swelling didn’t go down, it kept swelling more and more, and my nose became upturned Revision surgery (removal), Jan 2023 - after removing the 3 mm silicone + donated costal cartilage, because it was thin, they used 2 pieces of ear cartilage that couldn’t be used during the first surgery, layered them, and did an emergency!!! surgery (The cause was the donated costal cartilage...) Even after that, some residual contracture remained, so the incised area on the columella curled inward and left a large scar, and my right nostril became sharply lifted. Then the clinic prescribed 3 stem-cell injections + medication, and it improved somewhat Compared with the nose shape I wanted during the first surgery (the biggest issue was correcting an upturned nose where the nostrils were visible from the front), it’s better now than when the contracture was severe, but I endured 2 years believing them when they said they would do surgery to add the lacking nasal-tip implant. But when I went, they told me to pay an additional 4 million won, so I want to get a refund and would rather go to another clinic. Would that be possible...? I’ve never seen a post about someone getting a refund If there are people who had revision surgery for contracture and are satisfied, please recommend a clinic..!! I really want to live

Wow.. has the clinic side not said anything about compensation?.. I’m also doing revision surgery for a contracted nose, so I feel like I can relate,, I had mine done by Director Kim Hyun-joo.. What about asking for compensation, saying you’re going to another clinic??

[@부엉항] I was going to trust them when they said they’d take responsibility until the end and even let them handle the revision surgery, but when they suddenly told me to add 4 million won, I was stunned and angry.. At the time I was so flustered that I got angry, then said I’d think about it and left, but after that they found a tumor in my body, so I had surgery and it got delayed again by about 8 months I’m planning to go talk to them soon, but I’m so scared..

It was my 4th surgery, so there wasn’t even much skin left to pull, which made it difficult, but still, it improved much more than before, including the shape.. You can think of it as my nose being so severely upturned that almost only my nostrils were visible..; I’m cautious when recommending it to people struggling with side effects, but I went through that kind of situation myself and it turned out well, so I’m recommending it. I had it done by the head director at Eight

[@춘향잉] My nose was already small and my skin was thick, so I was worried even during the first surgery, but since contracture happened too, I’m even more worried Did you perhaps use autologous costal cartilage?
