Second facial contouring review + cheek hollowing

I had the typical flat, broad “pancake” face lol Um, after surgery, I’ve been going to the hospital regularly for aftercare Until last week, I went once every 3-4 days and received laser treatments, facial massages, etc. Starting this week, I’m going once a week Tomorrow I’m going to get a swelling-reduction injection~^^ hahaha (I had cheekbones + jaw + front chin done. I’ll message you then^^ - By the way, what I’m worried about these days is... cheek hollowing. My mother had surgery 1 year ago through a scalp incision, and from about 1 month ago, her cheek hollowing got worse It’s kind of... like her cheeks are deeply sunken, as if she had starved for several days... like a skull... So she’s looking into fat grafting... They say cheekbone surgery can cause cheek hollowing, but does it happen 100% of the time? Does it happen regardless of whether it’s a scalp incision or an intraoral incision.. Even as it is, if I skip just a little food or exercise even a bit hard, my cheeks sink in like a skull.... I’m worried that cheek hollowing will come for me soon too.....
