When I went for the consultation, the waiting time was a bit longer compared with other clinics. It felt like a factory-style clinic. But during the consultation, they seemed a little rushed and busy. I didn’t think they were unkind. They paid attention during the consultation and were kind. My questions were resolved to some extent, and it was okay.
