<Before revision surgery><After revision surgery>During my first surgery 7 years ago, I had surgery using only silicone and ear cartilage. It didn't feel like it had failed, but as time went by, I became dissatisfied with the shape, and the nasal tip gradually started to look droopy. I liked a slim nose, but it was blunt, so that part became the biggest source of stress for meㅠ And from the front, the silicone looked slightly deviated to the left? So I decided on revision surgery, had the surgery at Banana, and had the revision with donated costal cartilage. I'm now 3 months post-op. At first, the swelling was severe, and my nasal tip was stiff, so I got scared for no reason, but now it has settled softly, and the line feels cleanly refined. Breathing isn't uncomfortable at all, and the shape is much more natural than after my first surgery. More than anything, the nasal tip feels firm, so it feels stable. Honestly, I had a lot of worries about donated costal cartilage, but after actually doing it, I don't have to worry about scars like with autologous costal cartilage, and I don't really feel any foreign-body sensation. Of course, the swelling has not completely gone down yet, but at this point, I really think the revision surgery was a success. Because of my deviated nose + blunt nose, I wanted to correct the blunt look into a slimmer one, and I think the biggest reason I chose the hospital was that they chose the materials and surgical method that suited my situation well. After getting my nose done, the bridge that looked deviated from the front improved a lot, and what I like most is that my nostril wings have also reduced a lot. As the swelling goes down, my nasal tip is becoming slimmer the way I wanted.
