Day 4 after alar base reduction with internal and external incisions They said they made about 4-5 mm incisions on both sides I think I got it done well at a reasonable, affordable price When I had the consultation before surgery, the director kept asking if I had anything else to ask and kindly gave me a thorough consultation The consultation manager also looked only at my alar base, without any excessive recommendations
