I had surgery on January 19 last year, but it wasn’t the eyes I wanted, so around April 28? I think, I had revision surgery then, deciding to make the line a bit higher. But now I regret it a little.. Before surgery, I had inner double eyelids and rather small eyes, but my face, nose, and mouth are on the smaller side compared with other people, so I was still considered pretty and heard that I was pretty a lot, but....I regret having surgery just to get somewhat bigger eyes. Not long ago I went to the plastic surgery clinic where I had the surgery (it’s a clinic in Apgujeong that is even expanding this time), and well, of course it’s not strange even now. My eyes are bigger than before, and sometimes when I take photos, there are photos I like, but..they’re not the eyes I like. I know you can’t become exactly how you want, but women have that feeling, you know, even after surgery, wishing it would look natural so it wouldn’t be noticeable. I told the consultant manager, “It’s almost been a year, so why hasn’t it become natural? The double eyelids are intense, so everyone notices. I’m upset,” and she said that even with surgery, it inevitably shows a little, and asked if they should undo them for me. Before surgery, they said a micro partial incision could remove fat and wouldn’t show... I was really just sitting there with my face turning red by myself. When I said I still had fat left, she said that was because my skin tissue is thick. Then they should have told me that beforehand and just had me do buried sutures.... Before surgery, I didn’t even think I had much fat, but after getting double eyelids, the fat looks even more noticeable. The fat above my eyes protrudes... I really waited 1 hour, then waited 20 minutes for them to print the photos, and in the middle of it I almost got angry and left. The plastic surgery clinic really is kind. It is kind, but they really make you feel pressured... I guess plastic surgery clinics are all the same. They’re really different when you go in and when you leave. You become self-conscious.. Before the consultation, I really thought that if I had surgery, it would look natural and I would become prettier.. These days I keep looking only for hospitals for revision surgery. Since I’m still a student, I’m going to study while looking into it more, endure it, wait, and really research revision surgery well, then get ptosis correction and lower the line. You really need to think carefully about surgery. If you’re not someone who can confidently go around saying, “I had surgery,” I hope you think a lot and research a lot. Of course the eye shape can become prettier, but.. I hope you have surgery while also keeping the charm you already have. + I’ll ask one question. I have very slight ptosis, and I want to lower the line and lift only as much as the iris is visible now (I made the double eyelid line a bit high now so that my iris would be visible. So if I lower the line, less of the iris will show..that’s why I’m saying I’ll get ptosis correction.) Is ptosis correction only possible with a full incision? The consultant manager said so. She said ptosis correction shows more, and asked how I could think of getting ptosis correction while wanting something that doesn’t show.....
