The first time was because I was stressed about my bulbous nose, and after the second time, my nostril asymmetry was severe, so after the third completion the asymmetry improved a bit, but my nose is still shifted to one side,, but when you look at it with the naked eye, it’s not very noticeable, and I’m satisfied too. Anyway, because of that, my nose is under a lot of pressure, and the adhesions are severe, so my nose has become so firm that I judged for myself that there’s no more spare space in my nose. I thought columella filler or nasolabial angle filler might not be possible, but I wanted it so badly that I booked a consultation.
❤️What I wanted I wanted the columella to come down a bit so the line would look a little more feminine, like a cat nose, but right now it feels slightly blunt, and from the side my mouth looked too protruded.

❤️Answers They said that as the philtrum angle becomes more upright, the columella looks like it comes down, so the philtrum actually looks shorter. They said the asymmetric nostrils would not be touched and only the columella would look lowered, so there wouldn’t be any major change to the nostrils (but they said for people with upturned noses, doing it has the opposite effect!). They said that since the starting area of the philtrum comes forward, it would improve the protruding mouth a lot!
❤️Procedure result I’m so satisfied. Honestly, people who mainly get nasal bridge filler or dorsum filler and dislike spreading so they put in threads and things like that, and who think nose filler only looks pretty if it makes the nose higher If I were to do just one thing to my nose, I would absolutely recommend nasolabial angle filler or columella filler. I think with the nose, the overall shape and mood matter more than height Maybe because the philtrum comes up, the nasal tip also gets lifted slightly overall, I’m not sure, but the nose looks more defined too. Why did I only do this now I regretted doing it so late.
❤️The procedure process was roughly 1. Numbing cream 2. Injectable anesthesia 3. Inserted through the philtrum (I thought it went in through the nasal tip, but no. They do the procedure at the area where the columella and philtrum meet!)

I liked that the consultation was definitely a 1:1 face-to-face consultation with the doctor. They assessed my condition right away. They held and lifted my nasal tip and said there wasn’t a lot of space, but it did lift, so the filler would probably be able to support it, and that it was a shame the angle was 90 degrees, and that it would likely look good if I had the procedure. They also explained my questions in detail. 2. The nurses who treated me were so kind. They applied numbing cream, and even though I was just getting one filler injection, they were extremely, extremely kind, so I felt good. 3. Two or three assistants were there for just one filler procedure. It made me feel like this place really pays attention to each person, to the point that if I get Juvelook or another injection procedure, I definitely want to do it here 4. The doctor shows with their whole body that they hate factory-style clinics There aren’t many reviews, but there were a lot of clients. I guess a lot of people go through quiet word of mouth. 5.
