Since it was my first surgery, I wanted non-incisional if possible, but at other clinics, they said I had a lot of fat in my eyelids, so they recommended an incisional method if possible Honestly, incision felt burdensome.. so I even wondered whether I should get the surgery at all, but the clinic where I had the surgery said non-incisional was possible, so I ended up doing it. Instead, the director said that if we only created the line, as I had already heard at other clinics, the fixation could be weak and it might come undone quickly, so I also had fat removal done together. Personally, what I felt after the surgery was that a one-doctor clinic definitely seems more meticulous than a large clinic with consultation, surgery, and care. Like feeling well looked after? Even after the surgery, the director personally checked my progress, and besides swelling laser and swelling injections, there were really various kinds of aftercare.. It was my first time realizing that even eye surgery could have this much follow-up care. Thanks to that, I think my recovery was faster too. Up to week 2, maybe because it was still the recovery period, the line hadn’t settled, so it felt a bit uneven, but by the one-month mark it became much more natural.
