1-Month Review of Implant-Free Surgery (Hump Nose + Drooping Nasal Tip + Long Nose Surgery)

It has been 1 month since I had implant-free surgery for a hump nose + drooping nasal tip + long nose! During the consultation, the director accurately pointed out the condition of my nose and carefully explained what was possible and what was not, so I trusted him. I also liked the shapes I had seen in the clinic reviews, so I scheduled the surgery right away and had the procedure done at a plastic surgery clinic! The materials used were ear cartilage + septal cartilage for the nasal tip / hump refinement on the nasal bridge + autologous dermis, and it was done under sedation anesthesia, so there was no major pain. I was told it was good to keep the surgical area higher than my heart when sleeping, so I slept with 2 high pillows stacked up! However, since I was breathing through my mouth, my mouth felt dry and I did have nasal congestion. It was much better when I slept with a humidifier on. After the splint was removed, the line gradually started to show, and I wondered, “Is this really my nose?” My satisfaction went way up. I am currently 1 month post-op from implant-free rhinoplasty, and I am very satisfied because my nasal line looks natural and my side profile has become really smooth. My family and friends also said it looks natural and turned out pretty, and that if I didn’t say I had surgery, they wouldn’t really know haha More than anything, my side profile used to stress me out, so I had no confidence taking side-profile photos, but now I have gained a lot of confidence. I’m looking forward to seeing how it looks as more swelling goes down! I really want to recommend it to those who are worried about their side profile or hump nose. Thank you to the director for making me a pretty nose.

This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural-but-refined look.
