No photos, but here’s a story from 1.5 years after facial contouring surgery I was concerned about my wide face and square jaw, so I only did 2 types, and I didn’t do my chin because it’s on the short side! I thought my face would become a lot smaller, but that wasn’t it. In photos, it feels like the lines look much more refined? (It did get smaller!) But I recommend definitely losing weight before doing it (I recommend normal to slim), and since bone can’t be reversed, don’t shave off too much. If it feels a little lacking..? That’s actually better And I left a slight square jaw because I wanted a natural look, and I’m satisfied!
