My nasal tip also drooped downward, so I was often told I looked kind of strong... Maybe because of that, people kept saying my nose looked like a man’s nose, and it was quietly stressful. At first I wondered, do I really need surgery? But one day, I happened to see a review from someone whose nose had been similar to mine and had naturally become prettier, and my mind really shifted. I didn’t want an obviously “done” nose either; I wanted a nose that looked naturally refined, as if it had always belonged on my face. What I really liked when I went for the hospital consultation was that it wasn’t just a visual check and conversation; they printed out my CT scan and close-up nose photos together, then drew the design directly on top of them. The director explained, in balance with my face, that this area should be refined slightly and that area would be better left as is, so it was very easy to understand. They understood the overall vibe? and shape of the nose I wanted, and while other places only recommended a glamorous style, they said my nose could be raised naturally. I think the consultation alone took about an hour and a half, and they examined everything that thoroughly. On top of that, I was surprised there was no consultation fee. I think the biggest reason I decided on surgery was not only that the director had a good aesthetic sense, but also that there was a 3-year nose warranty system. Usually most places were 1 to 2 years at most, so 3 years was really surprising,, After the surgery, a nurse separately organized and explained the postoperative precautions and treatment schedule, so maybe because of that, I didn’t have anything else to ask later, and it was really convenient,,, Now when I take side-profile photos, I’m so satisfied with my smooth nasal bridge without the hump. My nasal tip also doesn’t feel like it drops straight down the way it used to; it has come up slightly, making my overall facial image softer, and I guess I’d say it became naturally more defined? My friends react like, “You look somehow more refined. What did you change?” just that kind of level. It doesn’t look obvious that I had surgery, and it just feels like my impression has been cleaned up, so I think I like it even more. They told me to come back after 3 months to take progress photos again, and I’m already looking forward to how I’ll look then. As someone who wanted a natural nose that suits my face well, not something too flashy, I’m really satisfied.
