In my case, while getting an upper canthoplasty, my epicanthal fold came down more. My lacrimal caruncle exposure isn’t severe, so I went for a consultation about removing the epicanthal fold with a minor restoration. But they said my case is very ambiguous because the amount of restoration wouldn’t be large, so it might become closed off while the epicanthal fold stays the same.. What should I do.. They said mine is the kind of eyes where you won’t know whether it will improve or not until after doing the surgery..
