Eye Re-Surgery

The clinic matched the line wrong and it became an inline double eyelid. Can I get a refund?

I’m from another region, but this clinic in Gangnam is really famous, so I did a ton of research and went there for surgery…. I asked for a semi-out line, and during the consultation they marked the line, and even right before going into surgery they marked it as a semi-out line, but it ended up completely inline. They also made my posterior lower canthoplasty uneven Even during the consultation, my original double eyelids were large out-fold eyes, so they said ptosis correction was essential, saying otherwise it would loosen back to my original double-eyelid line, and they basically forced me into getting ptosis correction too, so I paid almost twice as much. But what original out-line.. It got completely swallowed like my original inner double-eyelid line When I told the clinic, they made excuses, saying they made a line that is kind of semi-out but kind of not, and when I said I never asked for that kind of line and a completely different line came out, they only verbally said to wait until the swelling goes down, and if not, they’ll do AS. I got the surgery because of an important schedule, but I don’t have time, and it’s far away so I can’t go for revision surgery. What should I do? There are almost no cases where clinics give refunds, right? ++ Last time when they said they’d do AS, that was over the phone too. It would be better to intentionally leave evidence on KakaoTalk, right??
