My nostrils were always too wide.... it was really a complex for me I had alar reduction surgery, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and because the line from the glabella down to the nasal bridge looked broken and disconnected, I also had the nasal bridge done Ha.. will it look okay once the swelling goes down?
