I’m planning to get nose surgery, and the maturity date for my rhinoplasty savings account is coming up, so I’m doing a huge amount of online research and going around for in-person consultations. I visited after learning from various reviews that they do things naturally and safely. I also found out they’re famous enough to specialize in revision surgery. 1. Custom silicone (ㅇㄴㅍ): the fact that they use 3D silicone customized to my nose 2. The director personally designs the nose in real time using 3D work during the consultation, while showing what the nose would look like after rhinoplasty 3. The director has a lot of experience with alar reduction 4. Recommended a natural line by slightly lowering the nasal bridge and raising the nasal tip (while keeping the line low) 5. I thought I had a bulbous nose, but they said this degree could be covered with correction without alar reduction 6. Through the explanation, I felt that performing surgery in a way that prevents contracture or side effects depending on a person’s tissue quality and shape is a basic surgical competency, and I liked this the most 7. The price felt somewhat expensive compared with other places, but cost wasn’t the important part, so it was a satisfying consultation
