The photo at the very bottom is my nose before surgery, and honestly, doesn’t it look way too much..? My nostrils looked small and my nose looked upturned… It was even obviously noticeable to anyone who saw it So I lowered the glabella height and just completely removed the silicone altogether I had the silicone removed by Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho, and had revision surgery again using septal cartilage, ear dermis, and reused cartilage Doesn’t it really look much better now…? I’m realizing all over again that with rhinoplasty, what suits my face is the best, rather than something excessive…. It’s been 3 months, so a lot of the swelling has gone down, and I think it’s settling into place well now People around me also tell me my nose looks much better now I hope I recover well so I won’t have to touch it anymore!!
