Review after getting lip filler, philtrum dimple, and philtrum reduction all done

I’m the type with a developed lower face I want to look slimmer, but I don’t have the courage, time, or money for facial contouring, so what I found after searching as much as possible was the combination of philtrum reduction and a philtrum dimple, plus lip filler, and I decided to scratch a lottery ticket once.. I filtered out the reviews that only praised philtrum reduction, and there were realistically negative reviews too, so I just worried about it for close to half a year.. As you can see, my facial proportions had my chin and philtrum at about a 1:1 level, so rather than a feminine feel, I thought it gave a warm?? auntie-like impression.. I concluded that nothing else was as necessary for me right now or would have as clear a before-and-after effect, and went straight for surgery. I had it in March this year, so it’s been 4 months now. I didn’t edit the facial features, only adjusted the skin tone, and the photo was taken today. I also lost some weight I’m really satisfied. When I laugh really wide, like my mouth is tearing open, there is a slight pulling around the columella, but it’s not to the point of causing any serious problem. I was worried because I had numbness on the left side of my philtrum until close to the 3-month mark, but fortunately it came back. For about three months, when I woke up in the morning, I would unconsciously poke the left side of my philtrum with my fingernail, and I still can’t forget how moved I was one morning when the sensation suddenly came back.. I got it done after quitting my job and resting for 2-3 months, so I had heard that aftercare for philtrum reduction was difficult, but honestly, maybe because I had so much time.. it was comfortable.. Starting in April, my life repeated like turning on the air conditioner, lying down looking at the ceiling, resting, and falling asleep, so I think recovery was really fast. With philtrum reduction, the length was reduced from 2.3 to 1.8, I got 1 cc of lower lip filler, and the before-and-after of the philtrum dimple is as you can see. For the dimple, thankfully the incision is inside the mouth, so I didn’t worry about scarring and didn’t hesitate when deciding. I had it done at ㅁㄴ Plastic Surgery, and the cost was a little over 3 million won.

This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural-yet-polished look.
