It was my second revision surgery using costal cartilage,, the shape came out as a failure, so I had surgery again after 2 weeks,, and within 1 week after that I got inflammation, took medicine, got antibiotic injections, and barely recovered,, Then a month passed, and finally it had become a completely healthy and pretty nose, but suddenly the nasal bridge and glabella area are a little swollen There is no throbbing, redness, pain, nothing like that at all Is this definitely inflammation too.. If I keep having signs of inflammation this often, does that mean I absolutely have to remove the silicone? For 3 years after my first surgery, I had silicone in with no problems at all. Can my tissue characteristics have changed after the second revision surgery so that silicone no longer suits me?? If the silicone is causing a rejection reaction in my body, I currently have a palm-sized piece of silicone in my forehead, so do I have to remove that too??
