I had lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery in October 2024 because I wanted to brighten up my under-eye area. I was told I didn’t have a sufficient amount of under-eye fat or material, but it wasn’t bad for surgery. They said fat grafting would have a high chance of causing nodules later, so I only had fat repositioning. My satisfaction was highest around 1 month after surgery. Because I didn’t have enough fat, it has become too flat now. I’m still not fully satisfied.. but since I’m in my 40s, maybe it’s also because I’ve aged. I think it would have been really nice to do fat grafting and filler together, but minimizing side effects was more important Right now I’m doing well without pain or any abnormalities, and the swelling seemed to be all gone by about 2 months. There was almost no pain. Is there anyone here who had fat grafting after lower eyelid fat repositioning? I’d like to hear how it was~ especially the maintenance period,,
