After working an office job sitting down for 10 years, I gained weight nonstop.. During the first week, I thought the lumps would not soften and whined a lot at the clinic, but the director and staff kindly explained things and provided good aftercare, so the lumps gradually softened lol Thinking back, I feel so sorry^^.. Now when I compare before and after, I am really satisfied. They made my waistline so well and even gave me a flat stomach, so it is truly the best Now I need to go receive more aftercare, get the lumps loosened, resume exercise and diet together, and try to maintain this waistline and flat stomach well
