I’m 6 months post-op from implant-free rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic! It came out so natural that if I don’t say anything, no one would ever know I had surgery,, People who know I had nose surgery were surprised and said it turned out so naturally well. For the materials, I had ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and for the bridge, hump removal with autologous dermis. The tip definitely feels like the initial stiffness has loosened up. I’m so satisfied every time I look in the mirror. When I had a droopy tip + hump nose, my nose stood out too much in selfies, so I didn’t really take them, but now I don’t have to touch up my nose in selfies, so it’s so convenient haha I wish everyone in the world with a hump nose + droopy tip would go to that clinic ... lol
