I was originally a B cup, but over time my upper breasts kept losing volume, and I got stressed because there was extra space at the top of the bras I used to wear, so I suddenly got fixated on it and just went ahead with surgery. Honestly, I decided on it so suddenly that, because of my financial situation, I hadn’t planned on going as far as Motiva, but the implants I had originally planned to get were delayed in stock before the surgery, so I ended up getting Motiva (they gave me a bit of a discount instead). The director is very well-known for breast surgery, after all.. He makes you feel comfortable, and I think he has a bit of his own aesthetic preference (large breasts). Honestly, I wanted to focus more on shape than size, but right before surgery the director wanted to go a bit bigger, so I just said okay. But they turned out much bigger than I expected, so I’m regretting it a bit. If I could go back, I think I’d make them smaller than now. Still, the shape and feel are good, and after 3 years they’ve gradually softened, and people say they feel really real (according to family and friends). I had it done through a transaxillary incision, but wow, the pain really felt like I was going to die... (for about 1 week,,, at least for 3 days you should expect to feel like you’re dead)
