Since the splint was removed, the swelling has gone down noticeably faster, and these days, every morning when I look in the mirror, I feel like the line is definitely becoming more defined! The shape of my nose is gradually settling in too, and it seems to be turning out well in the direction I wanted, so my satisfaction is high. Before having revision surgery at It's B, I also had rhinitis surgery together with my first surgery, and before, it was so hard to breathe through my nose without rhinitis spray. Now my nose feels much clearer, and breathing has become so comfortable. It is almost amazing that it can change like this. There is a slight surgical scar under my nose, but it has almost faded, and there is nothing particularly uncomfortable or painful. As for the autologous costal cartilage area, there is no pain, but it gets itchy sometimes, so I make sure to apply ointment well each time. Maybe because of that, recovery feels smooth. Still, I am continuing to be careful in case it gets irritated when I move. For a few days right after surgery, I had some nasal congestion, but after 3 weeks, it was almost gone. Especially maybe thanks to the nasal valve surgery, breathing definitely feels different. Before, I did not know breathing through my nose could be this comfortable. Overall, the masculine straight line is well preserved, and the swelling in my nose is continuing to go down smoothly. I am even more looking forward to seeing how it will change once more swelling goes down. So far, I am very satisfied, and I hope it maintains well going forward. Tomorrow will already be my 1-month mark, so I am planning to see Director Jang Hyung-jun for a progress check and receive aftercare.
