Ah.. I really agonized over it and then did it. I had saline implants through the navel, and put 225 on one side and 230 on the other. My rib cage is uneven, so one breast was a bit smaller. It was almost flat, just enough flesh to pinch, and it didn’t fill an A cup. I said a B cup would be too much for me and asked for a little smaller than a B cup, so the doctor said these days people usually do a C cup and recommended at least a B, but because I kept saying not to make it big, they just put in 225 and 230, so I think it’s slightly bigger than a regular A cup -.- Anyway, on the first day after surgery, I felt something like a little water leaking from my right breast, and it definitely got smaller than the left. I was anxious thinking it had ruptured, and today I went to the clinic, had the compression bandage removed, and put on a postoperative bra. When they removed the bandage and pushed up to check the breast pocket, they said fortunately it didn’t seem to have ruptured ㅜ.ㅜ But the left breast is definitely reduced. Overall, I’m satisfied because I now have breasts that I didn’t have before. ㅜ.ㅜ They told me to start upward massage from the day after tomorrow, but ah, I’m so scared ㅜ.ㅜ The pain is one thing, but the sensation gives me total chills. I have a question here. Can saline implants sometimes keep leaking little by little? I definitely felt something leaking from my right breast, and I’m so scared it will rupture that I don’t think I can massage properly. The clinic says that if the implant bag ruptures, the breast sinks all at once, but that’s not happening. I’m wondering if the implant bag might be leaking little by little right now.. And at the clinic I go to, they told me to wear a lace bra from Triumph. As I read around, some people keep compression bandages on for a long time, and some wear postoperative bras, but the bra I’m wearing now has no wire and is made only of lace, with absolutely no compression function. Is it okay to wear only something like this? Also, my breasts already feel stiff and achy; when should massage start? Please give me lots of answers. I’m really easily scared and make a big deal out of pain, so I feel gloomy about how to manage this from now on. It feels even scarier than the surgery. I really hate the feeling of something lukewarm sloshing inside when I walk too ㅜ.ㅜ How long does this feeling last?
