I’m 3 weeks post-op after double eyelid surgery, and when I close my eyelid and roll my eyeball, I feel a foreign-body sensation. It feels like something sharp. I went to an ophthalmologist, and they said there was inflammation where the thread is. There was pus built up, and they did squeeze the pus out, but they said the thread has to be removed to prevent inflammation from happening. At the ophthalmology clinic, they flipped my eyelid, and in the area with the pus, the thread was visible through the tissue. At the plastic surgery clinic, they said it would be hard for them to remove the thread What should I do Has anyone had something similar happen?

익명 [@] I think that happened because they didn’t cut the stitch properly. You probably need to go to the hospital where you had the surgery and have it completely removed. If they remove it, the double eyelid surgery result might settle a bit ambiguously.. But since that was the surgery hospital’s mistake, shouldn’t you be compensated?
