I used silicone in the nasal bridge and cartilage in the nasal tip, but since 6 months ago I’ve continuously had a tightening sensation in the nasal tip, so I’m thinking about removing the silicone. If I remove the silicone, will the nasal bridge sink a lot?? My original nasal bridge is almost nonexistent, so I’m very worried, but the pain is affecting my studies, so I can’t avoid removing it
