I got it done as of today Even now, opening my eyes hurts like crazy.. Looking at other people’s reviews, they said lateral canthoplasty really hurts, but for me, I don’t know why ptosis correction hurts so much.. Every time I open my eyes, it feels like the skin is tearing.. And I’m really, really scared of things.. Even when I go to the dentist, I tear up during anesthesia.. After reading people’s reviews, they said the anesthesia just stings a little, so I was going to try to endure it. But yesterday, right when I turned on the TV, a plastic surgery program came on, and a woman was getting local anesthesia around her eyes and she screamed.. Ah, I thought I was dead. So when I went to the clinic, I was really nervous, and the doctor said they would put me under sleep anesthesia for about 5-10 minutes and numb my eyes during that time. So I had no idea at all whether the eye anesthesia hurt or not. Even though I had anesthesia, it still hurt So because of my tears, my eyes swelled even more,, I had no idea whether the lateral canthoplasty hurt, but instead, you know how they pull hard and fix it in place? I could feel all of that.. And the outer corners of my eyes definitely went down, and my eyes got bigger!!! Also, I think the lateral canthoplasty opened about 4-5 mm. They say lateral canthoplasty starts sticking back together after the stitches are removed, but they said since my bone structure is protrusive, it probably won’t stick back together much haha. That’s why they recommended lateral canthoplasty to me^^ Right now, because of the swelling, I don’t know whether it turned out well, but I hope it did Please cheer me on!!!!!!!!
