My eyes weren’t on the small side. They weren’t, but people’s desires are endless, and I wanted the outer corners to be opened more clearly. Since I had lived my whole life with slightly upturned eyes, I wanted to have a gentle, puppy-like(?) eye shape, so I decided to have surgery. For consultations, I tend to get along well with managers who are a bit cool(?) and straightforward, and luckily a manager who suited me well was assigned to me. I had already been to consultations at several places before, and I went to more consultations after this clinic too, but there wasn’t any place that gave me the same feeling as this clinic. So I decided to have surgery at this clinic on the same day. Unlike other hospitals, the director said it would “absolutely” not reattach, and what I really, really emphasized was that I wanted it opened dramatically, even if it made me look sad. Both the manager and the director said that this kind of style was their specialty, and I think that’s why I decided on this clinic. I asked for the earliest possible surgery date, so I had the surgery as quickly as possible. What was uncomfortable after surgery was, since the visible area stood out because of swelling and stitches, honestly the most uncomfortable thing was feeling people’s eyes on me a bit when walking around outside. I’d heard that after posterior lower canthoplasty, your eyes sting and tears stream down, and the eye stinging was fairly tolerable, but tears sometimes came out without me realizing it, which was also a little uncomfortable. The most important thing is that after surgery, I had actually really, really wanted it as dramatic as possible, but once it was done, my eyes looked so sad, and the slightly cat-like eye shape I had completely disappeared, so I think I was half worried, ‘What if I look like a completely different person from myself?’ and half hoping that since I had done it anyway, the surgical effect would be clear and my impression would change dramatically. As you can see from the result, of course they opened up a lot, and slightly disappointingly(?) I didn’t quite get the puppy-like look I wanted, but became a cat with bigger eyes~! As the surgical area heals a little more from now on, once the red areas become more natural, I think they will look even more opened, so I hope it heals quickly>,<
