I had incisional double eyelid surgery + eye shape correction surgery with Dr. Jang Yu-jin at Top Tier Plastic Surgery. Because my eyes were uneven and I had used double eyelid tape for about 5 years, even the double eyelid I originally had on my right eye would come undone here and there, and my eyelid drooping had become much worse, so I decided to get double eyelid surgery. The upper part of my irises was almost completely covered But the doctor performed the surgery well, so before, when I opened my eyes wide upward, I could barely see the ceiling, but now I can see it very well! Since my ptosis improved, it feels like a whole new world. The front desk staff were all kind too. It was nice that after the consultation, they scheduled my surgery date quickly. Also, I was a little nervous during the surgery, but while lightly chatting with the doctor and the two operating room staff members, my nerves relaxed before I knew it haha. I was worried it might hurt when the stitches were removed, but it surprisingly did not hurt at all, and I liked that they removed them quickly. Thank you to Dr. Jang Yu-jin for clearly pointing out the shortcomings of my eyes and creating a natural double eyelid line without pressuring me to get an epicanthoplasty or lateral canthoplasty!
