Originally, I was looking into functional rhinoplasty with only treating rhinitis in mind, but I heard many people do cosmetic nose surgery together while doing the functional part, so I had surgery at a hospital that could do both hahaha I disliked the blunt, bulbous-nose feel of my nose, so after thinking about it, I got the surgery together, and I really think it was such a good decision Since I wanted to improve function first, I looked for a place with an ENT specialist director, and on top of that, I ended up doing it at a place that reflected my needs well and shaped a line that suited my face, so I think my satisfaction is even higher In the beginning after functional + cosmetic nose surgery, I didn’t have much swelling or bruising, and there wasn’t any major discomfort, so I think I went about daily life comfortably? I had cosmetic surgery (silicone + septal cartilage) and functional surgery (deviated septum + rhinitis), and I’m realizing all over again how good it feels for my nose to be completely opened up,, And I’m satisfied because the line was shaped well in a natural-but-defined style, and I like that my image has become much more feminine hahaha
