This is my 3-week progress review after lower blepharoplasty. As I got older, the fat pockets that started protruding under my eyes bothered me so much that I had surgery. Other people wouldn't know unless I told them, and from a distance under lighting like the subway, it just looked a bit shadowed. First of all, now that three weeks have passed, my satisfaction is 10,000 percent. The bruising is currently 100% gone, and the swelling is only slight on the left side, to the point that only I can feel it? My right eye was a bit uncomfortable, like there was something in it, but the doctor said it was because of corneal edema and that it would get better, and it is improving little by little every day. There is nothing visibly noticeable, and under my eyes there is only a dull feeling when I touch them, like the anesthesia has not fully worn off. People around me say they don't know what I had done, but my impression looks much brighter, and the area around my eyes looks very neat and refreshed, so they keep asking what I had done and where I had it done. I also feel very satisfied and happy every time I look in the mirror.
