It’s been about 5 weeks. It’s a revision surgery. But the pulling in my philtrum is much more severe than after my first surgery. Of course it pulls a lot even when I smile and even when I talk;; Is this normal? It didn’t seem this bad after the first surgery. I didn’t use an implant and used ear cartilage. It was for reconstruction after an accident rather than for the shape.
