I’m going to organize the big and small things I referred to while looking into facial contouring clinics! *Clinic I was only going to do 1 type, but gradually I wanted to do all 3 types, so I did 3 types. I thought cheekbone surgery was a bit more dangerous than square jaw and chin surgery, so when it came to cheekbone fixation, I first ruled out clinics that did double fixation and looked into triple fixation. I heard that if there are no issues with the fixation pins, they don’t have to be removed later, so I thought it would be better to have a few more fixation pins placed to prevent cheek hollowing or cheek sagging.. But among places that had more experienced doctors than I expected, lots of reviews, and an aesthetic sense that matched mine, places with a naturally glamorous style, there weren’t that many that did triple fixation So I only went to 3 places, and after comparing the cost, aesthetic sense, and surgical method there, I had surgery at one of them. *Surgery For the cheekbones and square jaw, I had a long-curve procedure, and for the chin, I had a V osteotomy. For the chin, should I call them surgical methods? There were a lot of them, but the director said my chin length was appropriate, but the width was wide, and that with a V osteotomy, the line could connect smoothly through the square jaw and cheekbones as well, so I decided to do that. Cheekbones > triple fixation Square jaw > the position of the nerve line needs to be checked carefully Things like the nerve line position can probably be seen well on CT, but in the end, when going into surgery, it has to be handled carefully based on the surgeon’s judgment, so in short, you need to get it done by someone with a lot of career experience and surgical experience...!! *Results, recovery To put it bluntly, facial contouring hurts so much... Honestly, there were moments after surgery when I regretted it, and moments when I admitted, I was too greedy. I don’t know about 1 type, but with 3 types, the whole face swells up tight, and because the bruising and swelling take time to go down, and the speed at which you can open your mouth is slow, it’s really best to rest fully for 2 weeks and focus on recovery. Anyway, with that appearance, you really don’t feel like going outside during the day at all.. At that time, if you only stay home, you get really depressed, and it’s exactly the period when your mental state can get rough, so I think you just need to get through that time well. For me too.. after somehow getting my mental state back and recovering, once the bruises turned yellow and went down to some extent, the first thing I noticed was that my square jaw had become slimmer, and from then on I started feeling satisfied. They say facial contouring swelling can last up to a year, but after just half a year, it honestly gets to the point where you wonder, is there even any residual swelling?
