<Before/After Surgery> First of all, this is my last eye surgery, to the point where I really don’t want to have any more eye surgery now Thinking that.. I had my 3rd incisional ptosis correction + 2nd posterior canthoplasty + 1st lower canthoplasty at Miho Everyone who has had multiple surgeries like me probably knows, but revision surgery heals more slowly and the results are harder to predict So I thought it might be helpful? so I keep posting reviews In my 1st and 2nd surgeries, the line came undone quickly, and like in the photos, the overlapping crease was severe too And because the line was a mess, my eye sizes were uneven Especially with posterior canthoplasty, every time it never settled properly and just felt tight and frustrating But with this 3rd revision surgery, the line is clearly defined now And they made the canthoplasty deeper than before, so it’s completely different If there was still some swelling left around months 1-2, by month 3 the swelling had really gone down a lot Right now, my double-eyelid line is exactly the clear + not unnatural look I wanted The posterior + lower canthoplasty feels properly fixed, so my eyes definitely look more opened up And my eyes look much longer too For everyone whose canthoplasty often shrinks back like mine, or whose double eyelid keeps coming undone, or who gets overlapping creases.. if you get revision surgery done well you can definitely feel satisfied For choosing a clinic, really go to consultations at several places And go somewhere that honestly tells you the limits of your eyes and the result you want.
