If there are downsides to breast surgery

Maybe because I went pretty big, the clothes I used to wear before don’t fit anymore~ I heard Wooa’s chief director is famous, but I had surgery with Director Park and I was satisfied. I remember him as having a gentle and quiet style, and when explaining things, he explained everything calmly and clearly. It didn’t feel pressuring, so I think I was able to feel comfortable during the consultation too. He also explained what kind of implant would be good to meet the conditions I wanted, and he checked carefully during the fitting too, so the consultation took quite a while. My schedule overlapped in the middle, so I went to consultations here and there with gaps in between, but I did end up visiting all the hospitals on my list. After going around to consult at several places, I decided on the place that could give me the largest size I wanted (Motiva 450). On the day of surgery, I was out of it because of the anesthesia, so I don’t remember well, and I didn’t get hospitalized; I recovered at home right away. Since I suddenly had something that wasn’t there before, moving around was uncomfortable, and I remember bending over being hard in the beginning. After breast surgery, at first I slept with several cushions around me, then I was recommended a zero-gravity chair and bought one, and it was pretty good. It was bearable~ Honestly, since my goal was very large breasts, I wondered if the size was a bit lacking, but people around me said it was just right and that if they were any bigger, it would feel overwhelming. I guess what people around me tell me is more accurate than what I see myself, right? Maybe because it hasn’t been years or anything since I had breast surgery, in the early post-op period, when my condition wasn’t good or in the morning, I felt a slight tight, clumped-up sensation. I felt that way during my period too, but I’m a bit sensitive, so maybe that’s why I felt it..? I’m not sure how it is for other people.
