Eye Surgery Reviews

One-month review after dual lower blepharoplasty.

Hello. I’m posting a review because I think there may be people considering dual lower blepharoplasty. Especially for me, because of syringomas under my eyes, the under-eye area was even more bumpy and prominent, so I was extremely stressed. On top of that, once I passed my mid-40s, the under-eye area started sagging too.. I thought I couldn’t go on like this, so I worked up the courage and decided on surgery. I had been searching for hospitals for several years, and I liked the reviews for Dr. Lee Ho-jun, so I booked a consultation at the plastic surgery clinic where Dr. Lee Ho-jun works and scheduled the surgery for the earliest available date. At first I had been thinking about fat repositioning, but after listening to my concerns, he recommended dual lower blepharoplasty, so I had dual lower blepharoplasty. First of all, I fell asleep under sedation and when I woke up, the surgery was done haha There wasn’t major pain; my eyes just felt a little more uncomfortable than usual, but after a few days it was okay. I didn’t have much bruising, only swelling, and wow, it really made me look unattractive haha I was a little worried at first, but during the consultation I was told the swelling would gradually go down over a long period, so I trusted that and waited. I still have some swelling now, but I think it’s only the level of swelling that I can feel myself. First of all, I like that the syringomas are less prominent and my under-eye area looks cleaner. Especially these days, everyone I meet says I look younger, so I feel good. I do regret a little that I didn’t do it sooner. If anyone is considering it, I hope my review helps even a little.

This review is for surgery that pursues natural beauty.
