While I was getting thigh liposuction and consulting about breast fat grafting, the consultant kindly included facial fat grafting as a bonus:: At first it became plump and I liked it, but it did not even last a year before my face sagged, I got pimples and similar breakouts, and I was somewhat dissatisfied until I gained a few kilos and my face became a full moon. Maybe because they put something as large as thigh fat into the face, when I gain weight it fills up first like the thighs and became twice as strangely large;; It seems like they did not design it from the start.. So in the end I got liposuction somewhere else, but even that was satisfying at first and now my face looks hollow and even skipping one meal makes me look tired;
