It’s been a little over a month now since I had surgery for a hooked and drooping nose. The hump was shaved down well, but the nasal tip projects forward so much like Pinocchio that I’m watching how the swelling goes down and considering revision surgery or aftercare. Something was showing through near my left nostril, so I asked what it was, and they said it was some kind of cartilage. They said that if it’s uncomfortable, they can tie it down non-incisionally. I still have to take swelling into account, but it’s too high. If you want a natural-but-defined look, it might suit you well.
