I’m getting liposuction today!!! Hope it goes well

Arm and abdominal liposuction review First, I’ll write down my InBody physical stats. Female, 162 cm, 75 kg Skeletal muscle mass 24.7, body fat mass 30.5 BMI 18.9, body fat percentage 40 I’m obese, with thin wrists and ankles, and thin calves and forearms. Areas with the most fat: 1st abdomen and thighs, 2nd back and upper arms. It’s mostly concentrated in the upper body, and my thighs are thick too. I had been exercising since I was young until age 26, and did various things like taekwondo, judo, spinning, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, and gym workouts (PT). I maintained my weight at 60 to 65 kg, then around age 26, while unemployed and depressed, I hit 80 kg. After an herbal medicine diet and exercise I got down to 68 kg, then gained again and am currently 75 kg. Because my work hours shifted to starting late and leaving late, my routine got ruined, and my appetite exploded. So instead of dieting, I did unlimited arm LAMS at Number Hospital. Unlike other hospitals, here I had a brief meeting with the consultant about the areas I was considering and the procedure process, then had a 1-hour consultation with the director lol. After an ultrasound and InBody check, and checking the surgical areas visually, I consulted with the consultant again about the estimate. My arms are still swollen, so I decided to do revision surgery later, and proceed with surgery for abdomen 360 + scapular area + armpit area (side chest fat).
