I had my first nose surgery 5 years ago. Honestly, you get surgery expecting a permanent effect, right? If it were only semi-permanent, I’d just get a procedure. But starting around 3 years later, it began to droop The nasal tip cartilage was also showing through a lot ha... What I wanted with the revision surgery was improvement of the show-through, improvement of the drooping, and a moderately glamorous look (roughly, if you place it between natural and glamorous, it’s on the glamorous side, but not too flashy). Those were the three things, and the clinic matched them exactly. I had it done by Director Kim Tae-seop, and I used autologous costal cartilage. I was a bit scared because I’d heard a lot that autologous costal cartilage hurts, but it actually didn’t hurt as much as I expected lol My nose settled about 2 weeks after the surgery, and now I’m at 2 months. The cartilage show-through and drooping have all improved, and the nose line is a straight-to-semi-curved line. Needless to say, it’s so pretty I can’t stand it lol
This review is a surgical review pursuing a natural-yet-glamorous look.
