I previously had a partial-incision double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty, and my right side has lowered like an inline crease, so I’m shopping around for revision because of the asymmetry I’m leaving this as a record, so it’s long 1. ㅋㄹ - Consultation order: consultant - director - consultant Left: said there was absolutely no need for surgery Right: 4-point buried-suture in-out line to match the left, remove 1 suture after 2-3 days Ptosis correction - absolutely × Brow lift - said to do it at least after my 50s Under-eye fat repositioning - okay to do Consultation vibe was very kind, attentive, cheerful, and comfortable Kind of felt like being warmly looked after, and there was no pressure to get unnecessary procedures 2. ㅇㄹㅈ - Consultation order: director - consultant Left: said the line is already pretty, so don’t do any more surgery Right: 4-point buried-suture in-out line to match the left, remove 1 suture after 2-3 days Ptosis correction - no need to do it They don’t do under-eye fat repositioning here, but when I asked, they explained the method and counseled me on side effects, saying the under-eye area could become hollow Consultation vibe here was also kind, cheerful, and comfortable There was zero pressure to get unnecessary procedures The 2 places above felt like they evaluated things conservatively, so I really liked that, but I thought my left eye was a semi-out line. But those 2 places said it’s an in-out line and that my right eye should also be done as in-out So since I’m doing it anyway, I just wanted both eyes to be semi-out, so I decided to shop around at 2 more places 3. ㅊㅇ - Consultation order: consultant - director - consultant Conservatively, it would be okay to do buried sutures only on the right to match the left If I really want to do both sides, Left: it only doesn’t look that way because of the shape of the inner corner of the eye, but the line is already basically a semi-out line said the current line is definitely not low, so only raise the outer back part slightly, but it would require incision + ptosis correction A typical semi-out line won’t come out because of the shape of the inner corner If the inner corner is opened more, the impression would look fierce, so they didn’t recommend it The consultation vibe was kind, but without an explanation about ptosis correction, later while consulting with the consultant, I found out ptosis correction had been added Other than that, they didn’t recommend lateral canthoplasty or anything like that 4. ㅎㄴ - Consultation order: consultant - director - consultant Left: said right away on seeing it that it’s a semi-out line Recommended raising the outer back line a little more Right: proceed to match the left Non-incisional line reinforcement, 7 stitches, no suture removal Said my eyes are the type that absolutely should not get ptosis correction; if I do, they said it’ll become sausage-like Also did not recommend lateral canthoplasty Absolutely did not recommend under-eye fat repositioning; said there’s a possibility it could become hollow if done, so they recommended holding out and doing lower blepharoplasty later Said a typical semi-out line wouldn’t suit me, and that they would set the line to fit my face For now, do only double eyelid surgery, but since there’s no fat in my eyes, they said I may need micro-fat grafting later Consultation vibe here was also comfortable and kind. The downside is the price... I knew it was expensive, but it was really expensive Ha... choosing a clinic is seriously so hard
