Can under-eye fat repositioning make the under-eye rolls bigger??

This is a photo of my eyes I want my under-eye rolls to get bigger.. When I smile, another bulge of fat sticks out under my under-eye roll, and my dark circles are really bad too, so I’m considering under-eye fat repositioning. In this case, getting under-eye fat repositioning would be right, wouldn’t it? Is there anyone whose under-eye rolls got bigger after under-eye fat repositioning.. And I heard the under-eye rolls can disappear too; has anyone had them disappear.. Please let me know What I want is to maintain my current under-eye rolls or make them bigger, not make them smaller

I heard that if you do under-eye fat repositioning, they actually disappear.. But from the photo now, it doesn’t look like you have fat there

They said under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye rolls aren’t related lololol The actual surgical line they pass through has nothing to do with the under-eye rolls, but because the surrounding tissue gets cleaned up, the original under-eye roll stays the same, yet relatively it can look sunken in or protruded,,,

I originally had quite a lot of under-eye roll, so I told the director to leave only my original line, and after the surgery they preserved the existing under-eye roll line well. But whether they can leave it bigger than before is something you’d have to find out in consultation, I think? The place where I had surgery is famous for preserving under-eye rolls well, look into it, it’s MH!!
