It’s been about 4 months since abdominal liposuction and contouring surgery

I’m a mom. After giving birth (C-section), my abdomen had sagged a lot. When I was young, I used to look at my mom’s sagging, folded belly fat and thought I would never become like that, but after having a baby, I became like that too hahaha Maybe because I originally had a slightly chubby build, I had a lot of belly fat, and the skin sagged and folded... Even before having a baby, I wasn’t confident enough to expose my abdomen, but with clothes on it looked okay in its own way. But then even with clothes on, it showed too much.;;; I talked to my husband and had abdominal fat removed and body-contouring surgery done together. It was a package, the price was affordable, and it was well known for good skill, so after one consultation I booked right away.. For about a week after surgery it was hard... After that, it was okay. I could move around well... From some point, the swelling went down quickly, and once it went down, I could see the abdominal contouring.. the line that had been shaped.. Oh, they also did umbilicoplasty for me hahaha (package) After umbilicoplasty, the shape looks exactly like Lee Hyori’s belly button. So I even suspect Lee Hyori might have had umbilicoplasty too... Anyway, now it’s been about 4 months, and I do sit-ups every day so the shape settles even prettier, and do you know Lee Sora’s side-waist exercise? I’m doing that too. When people see my abdomen, they think I do really hard training at the gym hahaha because my abs are so firmly defined... Surgery is surgery, but afterward I’ve also been managing it a lot and putting in effort. In the past, I used to wear a lot of loose ray-style T-shirts, but these days it’s always fitted T-shirts... Since there’s no belly, my chest looks bigger too hahaha Conversely, people with large breasts might also look like they have less abdomen... When watching TV, I always used to hug a cushion, but these days I just sit upright in proper posture and watch, with my back straight... Even then my abdomen doesn’t fold, so it’s amazing hahaha Anyway, I’m very satisfied, and around this fall I’m thinking about doing either my upper arms or thighs at the same place where I had my abdomen done hahaha My husband will probably say a lot about it, though.. For people whose abdomen sagged after childbirth, or who have areas that won’t slim down no matter how much they diet, I think liposuction is okay. Consistent management afterward is important too hahahahahaha
