I had under-eye fat repositioning on June 30. It was my first cosmetic surgery ever, and I’m in my late 30s. I used to be confident about my eyes, but when I smiled, the fat under my aegyo-sal looked uneven and like little bags. It did seem like under-eye fat bags were starting to form a bit, maybe because my skin elasticity was decreasing...... Anyway, I had some time this time, so I got the fat repositioning that they say Jun Hyun-moo also had. I really, really thought of it as a treatment-level gift to myself haha (I want to turn back time) According to the doctor, after repositioning the fat, he removed a small amount of the remaining fat, about the size of a fingernail. Whether he only removed it or what... I can’t 100% trust what the doctor says, but... Anyway, the result is that I’m 3 weeks post-op, and I still feel some discomfort when sleeping (stinging eyes, dryness), so I keep waking up More than anything, they were eyes that didn’t even need removal, but maybe too much was removed. The bulging feeling is gone, but instead my dark circles are darker toward the inner corners of my eyes, and I look hollow, so I really, really regret it. The doctor says the dark circles will lighten after some time......... Today I went to a plastic surgery clinic that specializes in revision surgery, and they said the only people who need removal are really just some men with very bulging under-eyes. I do think I need to take what this person says with a grain of salt too, but Has anyone, like me, looked hollow in the early period after surgery and then gotten better over time?? I’m not planning to do anything for 1 year. Later, if the dark circles are too severe and the hollow look continues, I might try a dissolvable filler (they said filler is the safest because it can be dissolved). I’d rather the fat just come back~~~ haha Is there anyone like me.... And has anyone looked hollow at first and then gotten a bit better after 3-4 months??

I’m a woman, so when the fat that was there disappeared, wrinkles suddenly appeared like crazy, and makeup settling into them is so stressful

I’m not someone who swells a lot originally, and I don’t have much facial fat either, so after 2 weeks I started to feel the hollowness...... I’d rather it recur. But it seems like there’s no fat ...........haha It won’t keep getting worse, right? The doctor says it gets somewhat better after 3-4 months, but that’s a lie, right............haha I feel like I’m going to lose my mind from having done this for no reason
