Has anyone had revision surgery from an out-fold to an in-out fold using an excisional method, not the two-line technique? From my consultations, except for one place, they said that unless I do medial epicanthoplasty restoration or remove the scar at the inner corner, or that changing from an out-fold to an in-out fold is simply not possible,, Only one place says it can be done, but is that really true? Is it really impossible? Ha If changing from an out-fold to an in-out fold is absolutely impossible, 1) should I give up and just lower the lines even if they stay uneven, or 2) should I match the in-out side to an out-fold and lower them that way? Please, I’d really appreciate opinions
임 But in my case it was buried sutures, though. There were a lot of places that said I could only do a semi-out fold because of my upper canthoplasty scar, you know? When they actually drew the line, it looked that way too. But when they lowered the line a bit and drew it again, it became a perfect in-fold to in-out fold. So I think this is something you only know after trying!! Try emphasizing to the director that you want the line placed below the scar.
xxxioom [@] Ohh thank you Right, they didn’t recommend it because they said the scar would show even if the line is lowered,, Still, I’ll try to find a place that says they can do it as much as possible!!
임 [@xxxioom] They told me it would show too, but it doesn’t show now!!!
xxxioom [@] So there is some possibility even if the line is lowered Then I should have a bit of hope. Thanks for the comment.
아머리아퍼 Oh, but for your case, I think you’d need the two-line technique if you want an in-out fold.. Right now the distance between your eyes and eyebrows is narrow, the line itself is quite high, and especially the starting point is completely out-fold I understand why you want excision, but there are eyes that are suitable for excision and eyes that aren’t, so I think it would be good to keep hospitals that are good at the two-line technique in mind too.
xxxioom [@아머리아퍼] Oh really?? I actually went to 11 consultations, and the opinions were split 6 for excision and 5 for the two-line technique I had made up my mind to do excision rather than the two-line technique, but should I do the two-line technique..? Ha, this is hard.
아머리아퍼 [@xxxioom] Oh really?? A doctor’s judgment is more accurate than looking at photos. Both cutting skin and the two-line technique have pros and cons, so I think it would be good to choose after thinking about what you want more. I hope you get a good result!!
xxxioom [@아머리아퍼] Since the opinions are similar at 6:5, it’s even harder to choose Honestly, when I look at it, it also feels like hospitals recommend the method they usually do,, Yeah, even making up my mind for revision surgery and deciding is so hard and difficult. Thanks for the comment
아머리아퍼 [@xxxioom] Yeah, for you, if you want to make the eyes you want look pretty, I do think the two-line technique looks good, and hmm, I wonder whether the ㅁㅅㄹㅇ method is suitable for you. If the fixation is loosened, naturally there will be less skin being tightly held on the inner side, so the line may look a bit softer and lowered, but it will come down while maintaining the current shape and feel, so an in-out fold absolutely won’t come out. If the design is fine and the only problem is that it’s simply high and looks intense, the ㅁㅅㄹㅇ method would suit you well, but for your eyes, the line itself feels a bit lacking, and I’m sure there is another line that would make your eyes look prettier Also, with the ㅁㅅㄹㅇ method, it will be difficult to change the right side to an in-out fold.
xxxioom [@아머리아퍼] Right, right. At ㅁㅅㄹㅇ they said they can’t change an out-fold to an in-out fold, and that they’d only lower the line by half,, Since my most serious issue is the sausage-like swelling, I thought even just fixing the sausage-like look would be something, and I considered doing it at ㅁㅅㄹㅇ because it seemed like the safest(?) method. But when I think about actually spending the money and making a big decision to have surgery after more than ten years, I’m afraid I might not be satisfied if the lines just become thinner while staying uneven, so I posted this I had excluded the two-line technique because I heard it was a last resort(?) but I’ll have to think about it again,, Thank you for the long comment,,
hyo0000 I’m really stressed out because of my eyes too
xxxioom [ @hyo0000] Right, since it’s a revision it’s even more stressful hang in there
이만타 It seems like they made the line really weird, not just the height ㅠㅡㅠ But if you get incision surgery, the space between your eyebrows can get closer, so it might make you look more intense, so I think it’d be better to think it over carefully..
xxxioom [@Imanta] Then instead of incision, the clinic at ㅁㅅㄹㅇ suggested cutting along the existing eyelid line, releasing the adhesions, and loosening the fixation to lower the line. Would that be better? Would that keep the distance between the eyebrows from getting any closer

익명 I had mine done by excision, but in your case I think double-fold surgery would be the right choice..
xxxioom Oh, really? I visited 11 hospitals and the split was 6 incision: 5 double-eyelid surgery, but I was thinking of doing incision because the scar would be less noticeable and I didn’t want to lower the line too much. I didn’t think about the distance between the eyebrows sigh
익명 If anyone can tell at a glance, it looks like sausage already, so lowering the line a lot with double-eyelid surgery would probably look much better, but well, you have your own aesthetic goals... Still, when you consider the distance between the eyebrows, double-eyelid surgery seems like the right choice because they’re too close.
xxxioom [@] If you do an incision, will the distance between the eyebrows get much narrower? I’d already ruled out double-fold surgery because it’s not easy to make it turn out well and I was scared of the scar, so I’ll have to think about it again. Thanks for the comment!!
trjssqw It seems like the eye shape didn’t suit an out line in the first place, and both the patient’s and doctor’s aesthetic sense just followed the trend... You might need an epicanthoplasty too..
xxxioom [@trjssqw] Right, I had it done because they said semi-out was possible over ten years ago, but it ended up looking like a sausage and totally failed

쾅일아 I couldn’t see the photo, but to go from out to in you’d probably need an epicanthoplasty. They said there’s not enough skin at the inner corner.
