Breast Surgery Reviews

Things to consider before breast surgery..

It has been about a month since my surgery. I had been living with a male chest, and then suddenly having breasts, so I am satisfied with the surgery. It really feels like I became a real creature from a legend, haha. But after the surgery, there were a few things I regretted. I’m sharing my trial-and-error in hopes it helps those of you considering surgery^^ 1. The hospital Very important~ You need to look at whether they have a lot of surgical experience, and also whether their aftercare is good... But the hospitals mentioned here are, for the most part, ones that seem skilled to me. The important thing is to go to consultations yourself and choose the hospital that suits you. As someone else said, there are places where you get the feeling of, “This should be okay.” And personally, I think a director who is kind would be better. I went to a hospital that was famous for being skilled during my consultations, but the director was so unfriendly that I gave up. After breast surgery, even the slightest thing that feels off makes you anxious and keeps you calling the hospital. But I didn’t think that hospital would kindly handle those worries. That day too, a patient came in because of a ㅂㅈㅇ issue, and he only blamed her, saying it was her own responsibility, and the manager said from behind that it was because she hadn’t massaged properly, so the director was in a bad mood because she was arguing with him... ㅡㅅㅡ;; I think you should choose a hospital that can answer even minor concerns kindly (though they might be cursing about it inside, haha) so you can recover peacefully after surgery~ 2. Issues like anesthesia accidents or safety Before surgery, this was my biggest concern.... But after doing it, I thought, it’s really not that big of a deal? If it’s a hospital with an anesthesiologist on site, I think this issue doesn’t need to worry you too much! In my case, waking up from anesthesia felt re~~ally refreshing! Like waking up after a deep sleep and feeling clear-headed? I didn’t have any dryness in my throat or stomach discomfort at all. I was trembling in the operating room, closed my eyes, opened them, and it was the recovery room. The time I spent worrying feels wasted now! Of course, experiences differ from person to person, so some people may find anesthesia unpleasant, but I don’t think there’s a need to worry excessively. 3. Size I was so focused on safety issues and choosing the hospital that I didn’t think much about size. But satisfaction after surgery is really greatly affected by size! I had only vaguely thought I didn’t want an overly large chest, so I chose smaller than what the director recommended. And then they really were tiny I’m 170 cm, 47 kg, and my underbust is about 63(?) cm, so my body is small and quite thin. Also, my personal taste leans toward smaller breasts. (I think Jeon Do-yeon’s chest in 'The Servant' looks more lively and pretty than Jeon Do-yeon’s chest in 'Scandal') So I had 180 on the left and 210 on the right. And they became such cute little things!!!!! If I had gone with the director’s recommendation of 200 and 230, I would have been really satisfied The only good thing was that 75A was too small and wouldn’t fit. I barely made it into a B cup... That doesn’t mean you should definitely go large, though. Choose according to your own taste, but no matter how thin you are, don’t go below 200~ You will regret it 100%. 4. Massage This is really painful Pain, at least, gets better if you endure it for a few days, but massage really never ends,,,,, From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to sleep at night,,, You really have to do it all the time. If you don’t, you worry that ㅂㅈㅇ might come, so you can’t skip it. If you’re an office worker, the pain of massage would be really huge. It’s almost impossible to stand in the bathroom for 30 minutes at work and massage. Besides, it’s winter now, so bathrooms are cold too... Once you pull your clothes up to massage, it gets so cold... If you make plans with friends, you end up worrying because of the massage. Still, massage is important. On the left, my breast pocket had also strangely opened up, and I had a double line, so I was very worried. The director said that if it didn’t improve, he would correct it with an additional procedure, so I felt a bit less worried... After about a month, it got much better to the point where I didn’t need the additional procedure~ The breast pocket opened up more with massage too. The double line also wasn’t visible on days when I massaged a lot. So when choosing a hospital, I think it’s good to check how much massage is included in aftercare. The hospital I had surgery at gives massage once a week. But honestly, self-massage and massage done at the hospital are on completely different levels! On the day I came back after hospital massage, the feel was softer, and each time they checked my progress and taught me what to focus on more... I don’t think self-massage alone can improve ㅂㅈㅇ after surgery. 5. Shape after surgery.. After breast surgery, I really felt it. Just because you have surgery with the same director doesn’t mean you’ll all get a pretty shape.. You know how some cases of nose or eye surgery turn out really well (?) Breasts are like that too. There seem to be certain underlying conditions that make breast surgery turn out well. Mine was such a bad case.. Left side: severe pigeon chest, right side: flat chest. After surgery, my cleavage still wouldn’t come together. The shape is uneven too. It looks fine to the eye, but once it’s photographed, it looks much worse. So I hesitate to post photos too Compared with other people whose surgery turned out beautifully, my chest is pretty modest lololololol Still, compared with my pre-op chest, it’s become excellent~ So I don’t regret having the surgery either. It has only been a month, so what I felt may not be the answer, but I wrote this hoping it would help those of you worried about surgery. Read a lot of other posts too, think it through carefully, and choose a good hospital so your surgery goes well~ I’m off to massage again~ haha
