Over 10 years ago, I had silicone inserted, but it drooped so much it was almost about to break through, so I had revision surgery. The surgery was done with only autologous tissue (postauricular fascia + ear cartilage for the nasal tip). It has been about 7 weeks now? It’s not that I’m unhappy with the shape or that it hurts, but when I lie on my side or sometimes when I move the corners of my mouth, should I say my nasal tip shifts with a clunk? I get that kind of feeling. It’s been so long since my first surgery that I don’t even remember if it was originally like this. Is there anyone like me..
