I'm uploading the 4-week photos again after the 2-week photos. Open approach / septal cartilage / ear cartilage / silicone / were used I don't have preoperative photos.. It was a short, small, low nose. Personally, I'm unsure about the shape of the nostril wings. In real life it looks a little different from the photos: the nasal alae are raised a lot, so the alar angle seems strange too, and I feel like the nostrils show a lot.. Please look at the photos and give me some advice.. Everyone, have a good day ^^
